Dana McHugh

Dana McHugh has been part of the business office for 15 years, where she is known for her dedication, reliability, and genuine care for others. She has been happily married for many years and is blessed with four wonderful daughters and three grandsons who bring her endless joy. Family is at the heart of Dana’s life, and she cherishes every moment spent together. Her faith and involvement in her church community are also very important to her, giving her both strength and purpose.

Barry Cotton

Barry Cotton is the Campus Director at the Fairfield Glade location, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. With over a decade of operating a five-star campus. Barry has earned recognition for his achievements in cultural development and operational excellence. A combat veteran and proud father of three, Barry is deeply committed to fostering progressive and enriching living environments for seniors. His vision for senior living centers on innovation, compassion, and community, ensuring that residents experience the highest quality of care and life.

Penny Barnes

Penny Barnes has worked in Human Resources for over 30 years and has been a dedicated part of this facility for more than 14 years. With a strong background in both HR and customer service, she brings compassion and commitment to her role every day. Penny is deeply passionate about the mission of this facility and takes pride in supporting both staff and residents. A lifelong resident of Cumberland County, she is strongly connected to her community. She has been married for many years and is the proud mother of two children and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren. Penny enjoys attending church regularly, finding strength and encouragement through her faith. In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family.

Amy Fogerty

Amy Fogerty – I have over a decade of tenure in the health care services with the majority of that time serving in Life Enrichment. This work has been the passion of my professional career as I get firsthand experience in impacting the lives of our clients. It’s my honor to continue serving them through my role with Liberty.

Keith Woody

Keith Woody –  I am originally from Cumberland County. I have 23 years of experience in long term care, with the last three years spent as Manager of Plant Operations / Environmental Services at Good Samaritans Society. With strong Christian values guiding him, I take great pleasure in serving others. I cherish my time spent with my family, which includes my girlfriend, two daughters, their spouses and five amazing grandchildren. I also enjoy the great outdoors hunting and fishing.

Life Enrichment Director

Cathryn Lowry

Cathryn Lowry – I’ve spent over 25 years in the food service industry and have worked in just about every role you can imagine. From the kitchen to the front of the house, I’ve seen it all-and I still love being part of it. Food service has given me the chance to connect with people, learn something new every day, and share my passion for good food and great service.

Cathleen Denti

Cathleen Denti holds a social work degree from The Ohio State University and brings 10 years of experience in senior living communities. Since relocation to Tennessee in 2024, she has loved becoming part of a new community. In her current role in the activities department, Cathleen combines her professional experience and genuine love for working with seniors to create programs that inspire connection, joy and purpose.

Quality Assurance Director

Aliva Lunsford

Aliva Lunsford is a proud native of Crossville, TN. Growing up in this close-knit community has shaped the way she cares for her patients, coworkers, and quality assurance, Alivia is dedicated to promoting patient safety and upholding the highest standards of care. She believes excellence is essential in every aspect of healthcare, where people’s lives are entrusted to those providing it. Outside of work, Alivia enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ana Deshazo

Anna Deshazo – moved to Crossville in 2024 from the scenic mountains of Northern Idaho, bringing with her over 15 years dedicated experience in healthcare environments. Her career has spanned a wide range of roles – from housekeeping to administration-giving her a unique, well-rounded understanding of patient care and facility operations. Anna is known for her strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to excellence in every task she undertakes. A proud daughter of a decorated World War II Veteran, Anna carries forward a deep sense of patriotism, service, and respect for others. Her values, shaped by bother her family legacy and her professional journey, continue to guide her in making meaningful contributions to her community and workplace.

MDS Nurse

Cheryl Johnson

Cheryl Johnson – has been a Registered Nurse for 36 years and currently serves as our MDS Coordinator. She is passionate about helping others and values the importance of teamwork in providing excellent care. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending her spare time creating pottery.

Dana Myers

Dana Myers has been a Registered Nurse since 1996 and currently serves as Admissions Nurse. With nearly three decades of nursing experience, she brings compassion, expertise, and dedication to every patient she meets. Outside of work, she loves life, enjoys time on the lake, and brings that same positive spirit to her patients and coworkers each day.

Health Information Director

Rebecca SeRine

Rebecca SeRine is a people-centered healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. Through her career, she worked in various capacities, ultimately finding her niche in Health Information Management, where she combines her attention to detail with her passion for patient-centered care. Known for her approachable nature and dedication, Rebecca thrives in environments where teamwork and compassion are at the core. She takes pride in supporting both patients and colleagues by ensuring accurate, efficient, and confidential handling of health records. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys a happy life with her husband, three rowdy dogs who keep her on her toes, and on shady cat who keeps her humble. Her love for animals and down-to-earth humor reflect the same warmth and authenticity she brings to her professional life.

Brandi Cantrell

Brandi Cantrell – With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles that have deepened my understanding and passion for quality care. I began my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), worked my way into Health Information Management as a Director, and currently serve as the Assisted Living Administrator. My career has been dedicated to improving the lives of others, leading with compassion, and supporting teams to provide the highest standard of care. Outside of work, I’m happily married and a proud parent to two wonderful sons. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and making memories with my family.

Social Services

Carolyn Scott

Carolyn Scott has been employed with us for almost 8 years as the Social Services Director. She has more than 40 years of administration experience as executive director of non-profit organizations. She served as a pastoral counselor with the Baptist Association for more than 10 years and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, as well as having many certifications in Crisis Intervention work. She has recently been named the Ms. Senior Cumberland County Queen for our community and provides volunteer work with many non-profit organizations throughout the county. Her passion is encouraging those who are down-hearted and helping them to find their God-given destiny and fulfilling it.

Rehab Services Director

Chelshia Davenport

My name is Chelshia Davenport and I have been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for 16 years. For the past 14 years, I’ve been proud to serve this facility, where I have also had the privilege of working as Rehab Manager for the last 9 years. I am married with three wonderful children and a playful mini schnauzer. Outside of work, my family and I enjoy sports, traveling and growing our faith in Jesus.
