CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — The newly renamed Preserve at Fairfield Glade senior living community, formerly known as Good Samaritan Society–Fairfield Glade, is proud to announce its transition to ownership and operation by Liberty Senior Living.
The former longtime operator, Good Samaritan, faithfully served the Crossville community for many years. Liberty Senior Living is committed to continuing the same high-quality services that residents and families long trusted. While honoring the mission and values established by Good Samaritan, Preserve at Fairfield Glade will now also benefit from Liberty’s significant resources and experience. Liberty Senior Living is a division of Liberty Health established in 1875 and owns and operates 22 senior living communities across the Southeast.

Preserve at Fairfield Glade’s independent living residences include apartments and cottages. The community also provides a continuum of care on-site including assisted living, rehabilitation, respite care, and skilled nursing. Prospective residents may enter any neighborhood of the community under a rental option. The independent living options also offer a flexible entrance fee model which provides some long-term benefits.
Residents and families will continue to enjoy the services they value, including maintenance, housekeeping, religious services, and transportation. Many familiar faces will remain, as much of the existing leadership team is staying in place.
While preserving what residents and families already appreciate about the community, Liberty will also introduce new initiatives including its signature INSPIRE wellness program, advanced technology, a chef-driven locally sourced culinary program, a robust calendar of activities, a vibrant social environment, and more.
