What people are saying
"Over the past few months, I have been an in-patient in the community’s skilled nursing facility three times due to an infection from a Knoxville hospital following a joint replacement. In addition to all the normal skilled nursing needs, this also involved three IVs a day and two types of therapy. With each stay being 6 weeks, this translated to experiencing the services of nearly every employee in each of the departments. In every instance, I found the staff to have excellent skills administered with great care and compassion." - Sharon A.
"I really like the community. We have entertainment, games, and a wellness center. We have a two-bedroom apartment and a screened-in porch to the outside. It’s more reasonable than any I’ve ever seen. We have a full kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. It’s a very nice facility and it’s beautiful. The food is good. The staff is excellent. I have my washer and dryer in here and two bathrooms." - Beverly
"This is a beautiful facility staffed by people who, just in their caring, encourage healing. The facility’s beauty encourages healing, too. I came into the community on a gurney carried out of an ambulance. I had a broken kneecap as well as an opposite surgically reconstructed (hence, broken and put back together) foot. From my back, moving my head side to side, I saw an interior that was like coming into someone’s home. I felt my eyes brighten, and my heart said, “I’m going to get better here!” And I have. Physical and Occupational Therapists are cheerleaders. And so are the unflappable nurses and CNAs. This in turn affects the patients positively, and we inpatients enjoy each other and love cheering each other on. I have been here for over two months. I’m happy that I’m well enough to go home with a temporary walker, knee brace and walking boot, but I’m sad to be leaving. This is not an institution. It’s a family." - Linda D.
"The staff is amazing. They are all very knowledgeable and they stay with you for the full hour. This was not my experience with several other providers. I have seen them for back and leg problems, and my wife saw them for knee replacement therapy." - Bruce O.
"Dignity, respect, caring and so incredibly helpful in my dad’s situation. I’m beyond thankful that he is able to be here. I HIGHLY recommend this fantabulous establishment." - Athena Donaldson
